Please send the following to the address listed below:

• A printed color 8×10 photo (headshot and full-body)Mail in a cardboard mailer labeled “DO NOT BEND.” Photos will be used at the pageant.
• Proof of residency(Examples: school document, utility bill, or mailed document)
• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license)
• If under driving age, please include a birth certificate instead.
